We are extraordinarily passionate about what we do, and we bring a wealth of creative energy to every event. We LOVE weddings- bottom line! They say when you love what you do, it shows! We have known each other for almost 15 years, and with that it has made us an inseparable team. Our mission here at It’s Your Day is to assist our clients’ needs by combining our efficient organization and coordination with our impeccable customer service. At each and every wedding and or event, you don’t get a wedding coordinator and some assistant- you get two fully committed wedding professional who know the ins and outs of the wedding and how it is going to go! We feel this insures that you, your family and your friends will be able to fully enjoy in the celebration of this big moment- instead of thinking about all the little details. (Because we take care of those!)How we got here…... Ashley received her B.A. in communications with a focus in event planning at Western Washington University, located in Bellingham, WA- that’s right she focused the majority of her college career on how to plan, organize, and coordinate weddings and events! Her dream finally came true (which was to open a fun and inspiring wedding and event planning agency) when her very dear friend Christina-who has extensive knowledge and background in business and customer service suggested they join forces, and in 2009 It’s Your Day was born! We are thrilled to still be planning weddings and events to this day, and for may more after that!How we are different….There is always competition to set yourself apart- and we strive to do that each and every time we step foot into a consultation. We take on each and every wedding as a total honor and privilege to be helping out on such an important moment in someone’s life. As mentioned we plan and coordinate every wedding together- so there are two actual wedding planners on the day of your wedding. We are available in some form of communication at all times, and we respond almost instantly. We do our HOMEWORK- we make sure we know your vendors, and the details of their company and their background. We get constant updates and make sure that every detail is set in to place before the big day. We are upfront, and this one is a biggie for us, we don’t like bad surprises, so we are sure to make sure you know your financial commitment right up front. If there are any add-ons, we always draw up a quote before any charges are made to your account. Here at It's Your Day we have plenty of packages for our clients to choose from! We make sure that all your needs are taken care of by helping you select the right package. In no way are these packages limiting, as each and every couple, wedding and event are very different. Our packages reflect a foundation from what you can add to. Please know that we strive to make your day as enjoyable as possible and we want you to remain stress free and happy on your big day! Please click Here to view our packages in depth along with our 2012 prices!Packages We offerDay of CoordinationThis level of assistance is for the bride or client who has all their planning finished, and would like a professional to come in and make sure their vision follows through. We are behind the scenes making it a point that your wedding or special event runs as flawlessly as possible while also ensuring you enjoy your day effortlessly and without worry. This package includes at least one coordinator on your wedding day for 10 hours on site with access to our well stocked emergency kit, as well as one hour of rehearsal coordination if needed, a complimentary consult and follow up detail meeting approximately one month before your wedding, unlimited e-mail support, vendor verification 72-hours before the event and a detailed day of time line creation.Partial PlanningThis package is recommended for the bride or couple who wants to be involved in the planning but feels they may not have the time to commit to the process or may need some guidance along the way. We can assist in helping you find your last few vendors, making sure all the contracts are in order, help with décor & seating arrangement plans etc and making sure everything is set to go for the wedding or event. This package ensures you have a flawless, stress free event which includes our DOC Package.Premium PlanningThis level of assistance is for the bride or couple who wants help with planning all the details of their wedding. This is where we come in and help guide you in choosing all your major selections including vendors, help coordinate your style and theme of your wedding along with keeping you in your desired budget. We will plan your wedding down to every last detail and you can be involved in it as much or as little as you like. This includes the Day of Package as well. Destination planning Planning your wedding/event out of state! We can help! We specialize in Hawaiian weddings!All other events are welcomed We do Birthdays, vow renewals, Bar mitzvah, anniversaries, and everything in-between! Events base rate is $350

create unique handmade expressions such as invites, thank you cards, save the dates, menus, programs, place cards, table numbers, just married signs, directional signs, etc. Each hand made expression is designed with inspiration from your wedding details. Each expression is designed custom to your needs, so it will always be a one of a kind. Its Your Day Expressions studio is accepting invitation requests of 50 or less for the time being.
Prices range depending on what is needed. Prices begin at $15 for table numbers/ names.Prices begin at$75 for Invitations, menus, and programs for any event ** Please note that when consulting for wedding invitations we outsource all paper ***Special printing is done at select printing presses
